By using LabLingo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What LabLingo is
LabLingo is an educational tool that helps you understand what markers on a lab report measure and whether a value is below, within or above the range printed on your report. It is not medical advice. It does not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment or replace a licensed healthcare professional.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian must be the one using LabLingo for a child.
Accounts
Keep your login secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to bypass its limits, scrape it, overload it, upload unlawful content, or use it to seek a diagnosis, delay medical care or make treatment decisions. If something looks urgent, contact a clinician.
Early access
The first 20 accounts are early-access accounts: free, with full access (within the fair-use limit below). We will email you 30 days before any change to early access. You will never be charged unless you yourself choose a plan.
Pricing and billing
There is one paid plan, LabLingo Pro, at $7.99 a month in US dollars. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings with one click, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Tax is added at checkout where required and shown before you pay. There are no other fees. Paid plans are only available once we switch billing on; until then nobody is charged. Fair use: up to 60 reports a month per account.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of any payment, without giving a reason. See the Refund Policy.
Consent
To analyze a report you confirm that you are 18 or older, consent to processing of your lab results (health data), including sending them to our AI provider, and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent in Settings; analysis then stops.
AI accuracy
Reading a report and writing explanations is done by an AI model. It can misread values, miss markers or write something inaccurate. Check every value before relying on an explanation. Explanations are general information, not advice for your situation.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is and may change, be limited or be unavailable. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for decisions you make or outcomes that follow from using the information provided, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights.
