Subprocessors
These providers process data on our behalf to run LabLingo.
Supabase
Database, sign-in and account storage. Processes your email, password hash, saved reports, consent records, plan and payment records, feedback, waitlist and deletion requests. Our project is hosted in Tokyo, Japan.
Vercel
Hosting of the website and its server code. Processes requests to the site, including your IP address as part of normal hosting, and the data in a request while it is being handled.
Groq
AI provider that reads reports and writes explanations. Receives the text or image of a report and your confirmed values. Per Groq's documentation, inference data is not retained by default, may be logged for up to 30 days for reliability or abuse investigation, and any retained data is stored in the United States.
Email provider
Sends confirmation, password-reset and, if you opt in, other emails. Provider: our email provider (named here once configured). Receives your email address and the message.
Payment services
Only when billing is switched on. Card payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which receives the details you enter at its checkout. For bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, the payment goes through those services and we only see the receipt reference you give us.
